A wonderful “spiced cookie” flavor, it will wrap you up in the feeling of the holiday season at any time of year! My sweet and salty kettle corn is tossed with vanilla, cardamom (a member of the ginger spice family), brown sugar, and a dash of nutmeg, ginger and sea salt to finish it off. It will make you feel like you are sitting by a fire, smelling home-made cookies baking in the oven (sigh). All you need is a cup of hot chocolate to go with it! Go ahead, indulge!
