Refund policy
I strive to make the best gourmet popcorn for you, and get it to you when you need it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your order at karensartisanpopcorn@gmail.com. I'll do everything I can to see that you are happy with your order. Order cancellations will need to be made before shipment is sent for a full refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
