I work with local organic farmers and suppliers to bring you the most delicious organic and non-GMO kernel varieties. Depending on availability, my mix can contain: nutty red, crunchy blue, crisp white, fluffy yellow and buttery black! That's right, each kernel variety adds its own sumptuous flavor, texture and size, while popping up in shades of yellow and white. I mix just the right ratio of each variety to create a very special blend. In fact, this mix is what I use with all of my popped flavors and is one of the secrets to what makes my popcorn so exceptional!

I was thrilled to achieve and sustain that goal with farmers from Northern Vermont, Southern Vermont and just over the border in Quebec, until 2020. Due to a variety of changes and challenges for my farmer friends, supply has become limited or unavailable. I'm always on the search to find more regional farmers growing organic popcorn.
