Applies to orders of $50 or more. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Your order will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Order Fulfillment
Thank you so much for shopping with my small artisan business! I look forward to making and getting your yummy order to you. I handcraft every batch myself, so what you get is indeed an artisan product. From the kernels I gather from local farmers and suppliers, to the indulgent ingredients I seek out, to the time spent hand-cooking, mixing and filling each bag with popcorn scrumptiousness. Orders take 3-7 business days to make and send, as most are made fresh just for you. If you need a certain arrival date let me know and I'll do my best to make it happen. Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage
All yummy Karen's Artisan Popcorn products are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested (additional charges may apply). Ground Advantage is the most economical option for your popcorn order to get to you or your gift recipient. Shipping usually takes 1-3 days to ship from me to you (see Holiday Season note below). It includes $100 of insurance. I'll send you a shipping notification, with a USPS tracking number, when it's on its journey!
Holiday Seasons
Please be aware that processing and shipping can take longer around holiday seasons, but getting your order to you when you need it is of the utmost importance to me. For maximum assurance, please order as early in the holiday season as you can. You're welcome to reach out to check on your order, just please be patient with receiving a reply. USPS can experience delays at peak times due to package volumes and staffing, so the included tracking number with your shipping notification can give you updates.
Large Orders
If ordering more than 12 bags of popcorn, please know they will ship in multiple boxes. If you'd like to order in bulk, or for a special event, please contact me before ordering to discuss options.
Shipping Damage
Karen's Artisan Popcorn is not responsible for damage during shipment, but I'll do all I can to help you resolve any issue that arises, and make sure that you get your popcorn order. If damage does occur, make sure to include photo evidence with your message, both the box your order came in and the popcorn products.
