Included are my signature recipe instructions, but if you feel so inclined, kettle cook your popcorn with some cane sugar before adding the Maple Bliss topping to capture that true sweet and salty kettle corn experience. Maple Bliss Popcorn Topping - 5 oz
Sea salt with organic powdered maple sugar from Bascom Farms, right here in Vermont. Their supreme maple sugar melts in your mouth and will not only take your popcorn to the next level of amazing, but also goes great on toast, pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, hot chocolate and more!
My gourmet mix currently includes nutty red, crunchy blue, tender white and buttery yellow. That's right, each kernel variety adds its own sumptuous flavor and texture while popping up in shades of yellow and white and in various sizes. Kettle-cook it, hot air pop it or microwave it, this mix is the most delicious I have ever found as I make sure to include just the right ratio of each variety. It's the same mix I use for all of my popped flavors! I feel so fortunate to work with local farmers and suppliers to source these exceptional varieties.
