My gourmet mix currently includes nutty red, crunchy blue, tender white and buttery yellow. That's right, each kernel variety adds its own sumptuous flavor and texture while popping up in shades of yellow and white and in various sizes. Kettle-cook it, hot air pop it or microwave it, this mix is the most delicious I have ever found as I make sure to include just the right ratio of each variety. It's the same mix I use for all of my popped flavors! I feel so fortunate to work with local farmers and suppliers to source these exceptional varieties. All organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan and wholegrain!

OUTSTANDING POPPING CORN!!! We will admit it -- we are popcorn addicts. We used to buy Magic Mushroom popcorn. Popped up nicely. Unfortunately, we learned it was coming from an mega-agricultural company and that particular company is crushing family farms. We prefer organic foods and strongly support real farmers who care about their farms and their customers. After much searching we came across Karen's Gourmet Popcorn. It is sooooo good (and good for you) that we have been singing its praises to family and friends. In fact, we have a friend who is a gourmet cook and very particular about how his popcorn is made (for best taste and eating experience). We gifted him a bag and he too is now a loyal customer of Karen's Gourmet Popcorn! Our two sons' families are also steady consumers. It is wonderful to be able to buy from Karen and know she gets her corn from Vermont family farmers.
